If there is more detail on your order we can often get the items sooner. We may need to call for clarification and that can delay the completion time. Some other customers in the communities have already volunteered to use their visas as a method of payment for others. We have someone on call 18 hours of the day, 7 days a week.[/toggle] [/accordian] [accordian] [toggle title=”I have an elder who only speaks in Inuktitut, how can they place an order?” open=”no”]We have 2 Inuktitut speaking staff in Winnipeg who are available to take the calls. However these workers are students and are usually available after 4 pm.
